A deadly cocktail of sun in my face and telephone ringing throw me down from the bed (but not I do too badly, since I sleep on a futon "... ok, is a mattress thrown on the floor) at 11.30. I try to sleep again but it is useless. I get up.

lunch at 4, svaccato Hudson Park in the grass, where I meet, by chance, another classmate of universities. Beginning to piss me off. Better, definitely, give directions.
In the evening there `will to live music, oddly enough, and then go to the Cake Shop to fuck, and groups, of course, do shit (stuff like Audioslave for instance). Then run screaming at the Dark Room, where the DJ Spinna colorful stuff, including dance, and especially New Wave revival, for a change, with the inevitable drop in at Franzferdinandeschi territories and Blocpartiani to go to a "Do not Look Back In Anger, "which concludes the evening with a chorus of drunken English girls who perform best if it is ... the first passing. Packed up to asphyxia.
Sunday I go back to life just in time to divert to Brooklyn, to peck at the Mi & L'Au and Film School in concert, free to Soundfix Records (record store). The room in the back of the store is fantastic, with super kitsch wallpaper on the walls and luxurious armchairs in which I sink with my coffee. The Mi & L'Au are more accustomed all'unplugged and prove very attractive, but also the Film School (which was just fucked up all the equipment ) make their terrible figure.
Once the set, I sling underground and in less than an hour at the Starbuck's is between Spring and Crosby Street to find Shin, the 29 year-old Japanese `which will give Italian lessons in the coming weeks, for the modest sum $ 20 per hour (two hours a pop). It 'just put an ad in the incredible shouts craigslist and they said in 4 (... and only Shino has accepted the price).
And you can not imagine how beautiful it is to teach Italian to Japanese. I laughed in the face for an hour without interruption. And I paid.
(Coope, this is "Older" of Mi & L'Au, while these are the Film School)
